Where will the 2020 Cold Chain Conference & Expo be held?

How much does it cost to attend the 2020 Cold Chain Conference & Expo?

How do I register a group of attendees from the same company?
Register the first attendee and then you will be asked if you'd like to register additional attendees from your company.

May I cancel my registration?
To receive a refund for payment of registration fees, written notification must be received no later than August 25, 2020 to coldchain@csreg.zohodesk.com . All cancellations will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Registrations received after August 25 are non-refundable, but name substitutions will be allowed. How can I update or change my registration information?
Please contact customer service at coldchain@csreg.zohodesk.com or +1.224.563.3773. Once you are registered, a link is provided in your confirmation for modifying your registration.

What are the Customer Service Center operation hours?
The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CDT. Hours are subject to change,holidays observed.

How do credentialed members of the press register for an official press badge?

How do I acquire a VISA letter?
You must be a paid registered attendee in order to receive an invitation letter. You will have the option to request one during the registration process  and it can be printed from your Registration Dashboard or your Confirmation Email.

If the event is postponed due to COVID-19, what happens to my exhibit fee?
We are 100% committed to hosting the event and intend for it to be the much needed place for the industry to reconvene in-person. We understand that the situation is fluid right now and we continue to  monitor all aspects of attendee and exhibitor health and safety as we progress towards the end of September. We are working with the hotel on safety protocols, set-up of the event/expo, and other factors to ensure everyone is as comfortable and safe as possible. In the unfortunate event that the event is not able to be held in 2020 in an in-person or potential virtual setting, booth fees will carry over for the following years event. At the Conference

When will I receive my attendee badge?
You can pick up your badge and registration materials at the Cold Chain Conference & Expo registration counters, located at the Hilton Anatole. For expedited processing on-site, please bring your registration email confirmation with you.
